Research And Development:

R&D Laboratory is fully equipped and supported by state of the art pilot plant to scale up all cyanation reaction products developed on bench scale.

Our lab also supports Cyanation reaction and supported by sophisticated analytical instruments like Gas Chromatograph (Capillary & Packed Column), UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, 2 nos. of HPLC (Isocratic &Quaternary gradient System) & Viscometer.

Process

Our Lab is capable to develop the manufacturing process of Cyanide based products by the use of Hydrogen Cyanide and Cyanogen Chloride in R&D Laboratory.

Our lab has ability to develop following processes:

  • Process for the manufacture of Cyanide based products by the direct use of Hydrogen Cyanide instead of Sodium/Potassium Cyanide.
  • To develop unique route for the manufacture of Cyanide based standard products already in the market.
  • To develop cyanation step for multi-steps reaction of saleable chemical product using Hydrogen Cyanide available only with our Company in the country.

Acheivements:

  • Company has commercialized following R&D based products.
  • Sodium Ferro Cyanide/ Potassium Ferro Cyanide – in the year 1986
  • Sodium Dicaynamide – in the year 2008
  • Mandelonitrile – in the year 2008
